Ms. Jiang Bo, born in December 1955, is a senior accountant and a senior economist with a Ph.D. degree. Ms. Jiang was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and the Chairman of the Labor Union of China Everbright Group Limited, a Managing Director, the Vice President, the Chief Audit Officer of China Everbright Bank Co. Ltd., a Director of China Everbright Holdings Company Limited (Hong Kong), a Director of Sun Life Everbright Life Insurance Co., Ltd., a Director of Everbright Financial Holding Asset Management Co., Ltd. and a Director of Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co. Ltd.. Since December 2018, Ms. Jiang has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
